Detailing some of my circumstances and experiences, I have gone through writing these philosophies and other good deeds:

Negative:

Hallucinations – some ‘mental bombardments’ to hallucinating even at rest.

Tiredness – medical side-effects. Sleeping during day. Waking up late.

Planning – very difficult. Cannot make plans. (I can’t plan, through to execution. I have to work on instinct/intuition in streams of consciousness).

Sensory feelings – very, very, very negative at points.

Support from staff: medication, flat support.

PTSD? Feels like I have been smashed and crushed to death, and anything but going onwards/forwards, I will fall to bits.

Deaf to messages sometimes (possibly blocked).

Also problems with friends and family and fans being targeted or attacked, including my future Daughter and Son (very badly).

Easter eggs in films/movies.

Trauma (on the rather extreme-side tbh)

Neutral/either/both:

Post-traumatic growth.

It has gone from every second being a living hell to a manageable experience.

Near misses with poisonings/chemical attacks. (2017-2020) (Survived)

Easter eggs in films/movies.

Positive:

Writing a lot of philosophy including a blog.

Playing cards: online poker, other strategy games.

Gym once a week.

Consulted on political/sociological/psychological/philosophical issues and problems and positives.

Lobbied and influenced in the same areas as above for orientation towards the greater good. Reading, researching and studying academic and practical subjects, in calmer periods. (2010-2022). Easter eggs in films/movies.
