Don’t feel as though you need (or can be) be happy the whole time. You can however recharge yourself through relaxation and good stress, which can help your mood and happiness in the long run.

People can recharge and rest in between enjoyment periods. Or they will get less and less sensitivity to serotonin and dopamine and become more and more unhappy and stressed.

If ignored people can become angry, depressed or agitated.

Even after a positive external stimulus, you may need more and more to get the same result.

Lifestyle addiction can become a real thing.

These facts are little-known but could make a difference to your life fulfilment.
